Who we are

Music Studio is operated by Beyond Creative AI, LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions: beyondcreativeai@gmail.com.

How songs are made

Music Studio sends your descriptions and lyrics to third-party AI music providers (currently ElevenLabs and MiniMax) to generate audio. Their terms also apply to what you create, and we may change providers.

What you can do with your songs

You can use songs you make here for commercial purposes online and offline, for example social media posts, ads, podcasts, websites and releases on streaming services.

Not included: use in film, television, radio, or games made by a games studio. These uses are excluded by our provider's licence for self-serve customers and are not covered by your plan. If you need them, contact us before using a song that way.

Commercial use of songs made with the MiniMax engine is subject to that provider's terms, which may differ.

What you can't put in a prompt

• Names of artists, songwriters, bands, songs, albums or record labels.
• Lyrics you didn't write, including recognizable quotes from existing songs.
• Uploads of audio, voices or images you don't have the rights to use.
• Anything illegal, hateful, or meant to impersonate a real person.

Credits and payments

• Each action costs the credits shown before you run it. Credits are taken when a job starts.
• If a job fails, the full charge is returned to your balance automatically.
• A job that completes isn't refunded because you don't like the result. AI output varies each time, so try a different prompt or another version.
• Monthly plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; credits already granted stay in your account.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Your account

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service. You can delete your songs at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
